1 Agreement to Terms

Smin Rana provides software founders and indie builders with marketing distribution tools, including:

• A curated directory of software applications, indie tools, and community-upvoted launches.
• Independent editorial teardowns, founder growth guides, and competitor alternative articles.
• Marketing checklists, directory submission guides, and creator matchmaker resources.

3 User Accounts & Google Sign-In

To access certain features (such as adding products to the public directory, saving audit reports, or upvoting apps), you may register an account either via direct email/password or through "Continue with Google" OAuth authentication.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach of your account.

4 User Content & Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of all intellectual property rights in the apps, trademarks, screenshots, and descriptions you submit to our audit tools and directory.

By submitting an app URL or product information to the public directory, you grant Smin Rana a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display your public brand name, logo, screenshot, and website link on our Platform for the purpose of community discovery and directory indexing.

5 Prohibited Conduct

When using our Platform, you agree not to:

• Submit malicious URLs, phishing links, malware, or unlawful software.
• Artificially manipulate upvotes, ratings, or reviews using automated bots, scripts, or proxies.
• Scrape or reverse engineer the Platform in a manner that degrades service performance for other users.
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with a product.

6 Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform, including all audit scores, marketing recommendations, and editorial articles, is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

Marketing audit scores and growth estimates are informational suggestions intended to assist founders and do not guarantee specific sales, revenue, or search engine rankings.

7 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Smin Rana be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including without limitation damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses.

8 Termination

We reserve the right, without notice and at our sole discretion, to terminate or suspend your account and right to access the Platform for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or our business interests. You may also terminate your account at any time by requesting deletion via email.
